Courier Service Disclosure
The Parties acknowledge and agree that Manoa Laundry utilizes Uber and Doordash as its courier service for the pickup and delivery of laundry orders.
Manoa Laundry is not liable for any errors, delays, or damages caused by courier service in connection with the delivery of services. In the event of such issues, Manoa Laundry will assist in providing documentation or support necessary for the Party to address the matter with the courier service, though Manoa Laundry does not have direct control or contact with the assigned driver once an order is confirmed.
Manoa Laundry does not have direct contact with the specific courier service driver assigned to any order once the order is confirmed and cannot facilitate communications or resolve disputes with the driver directly.
Operation Disclosure
Manoa Laundry's Fluff & Fold service uses the “Cents POS App | Laundry Software," a third-party operating platform for order management and processing.
Manoa Laundry uses “Marie Louise Cleaners,” a third-party Dry Cleaning service. All garments and items will be assessed and serviced by the third-party.
Manoa Laundry also uses “Marie Louise Cleaners,” for Repair and Alterations. All garments and items will be assessed and serviced by the third-party.
